This event for pastors and deacons will focus on how congregations can establish and maintain healthy boundaries that will protect both God’s people and leaders.
The workshop will cover issues including
social media and AI
power, trust, and vulnerability
dating, friendships, and dual relationships
hugging and touch
personal needs, self-care, and warning signs
It aims to help congregations and leaders become aware of the need for healthy interpersonal boundaries and to give them the tools they need to establish and maintain them.
$20 includes lunch, snacks, and certificate

All rostered ministers under call are expected to attend a boundaries training event at least once every three years. Retired leaders who are serving under contract, as interims, or pulpit supply are strongly encouraged to attend. Certificates of attendance and completion will be provided and added to the professional file.
