Convo Service Project
The Westmoreland County Children’s Bureau maintains a “children’s closet” for those under their supervision. The closet is currently very low on supply items, namely children’s socks, underwear, and even toys. (In 2019 there were 400 children in foster care in Westmoreland.) The Fall Convocation Planning Team invites you to bring a donation of socks and/or underwear for children/youth of any size to Convo this fall. Learn More >>
Counseling and consultation will be available during free time.
You may confidentially discuss personal, family or church related issues and/or receive consultation on your parish pastoral care and counseling situations. Pastor David Matthews is retired as the director of the counseling division at The Lutheran Service Society. A confidential sign-up sheet will be at the registration table.
