Download Rostered Minister Profile By January 10

 

Hello!
You may have seen emails from Churchwide about updates to the Rostered Minister Profile (RMP) and call process portal, and I want to make sure the news reaches you from our office, too.

The new RMP, Office of the Bishop form, Bishop Confidential Recommendation, and synod portal will launch on January 11, making current RMPs not accessible after January 10. Those interested in having their own copy must log in to ELCA Community to access information before January 10th.

I know January feels far away, but I encourage everyone to take care of this soon before Advent begins (starting November 29th!) and the busyness of the season sets in.

Download Your Rostered Minister Profile

RMP Download Instructions:

  1. Navigate to http://community.elca.org and login to your ELCA Community account.

    1. Don't have an existing account? Select the "Sign up" link on the login page and provide the required information.

  2. Select the "Leader Portal." A new screen will appear.

  3. Two options are available: "Candidacy Process" and "Mobility/Call Process/RMP." Select "Call Process" under the second option. A new screen will appear.

  4. The "Mobility Process" page includes an option to "Review/Print my Rostered Minister Profile (PDF) -- Use this link to REVIEW your previously submitted RMP" under the Applications label. Select this option.

  5. Your RMP will be automatically downloaded.

New RMP Trainings

All three hourlong trainings will be identical, so you only need to attend or watch one to receive the information. For those unable to attend, a session will be recorded and shared via email in the next few weeks.
