Sandwiches for New Brighton

Once a week, Sandwiches for New Brighton, took orders on Facebook from New Brighton residents who needed help with food insecurity April through October 2020. Volunteers bagged up a hoagie, chips, cookie, and drink. Then more volunteers delivered the meal to the person's home.

Some of these people desperately needed not only the meal, but also the human contact. Most of the people delivered to were regular customers each week and made friends with those volunteers delivering the meals. The people in need and the volunteers were all blessed seeing God work through someone seeing a need and answering the call to solve the need.
