Portico offers many options to assist you in personal wellness. To help you navigate their website see:
Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Available 24/7, call 800-432-5155.

Speak with someone qualified to help you determine whether counseling will help. If so, you and a family member qualify for up to six counseling sessions at no cost. You may find you wish to continue with counseling via a counselor qualified under your medical insurance plan

If you are in need of an attorney, you may speak with a qualified attorney for a 30-minute consultation at no cost to you (if services are needed discounts of up to 25% may be available to you)

Other services include: diabetes management program; weight loss programs, including a health coach; additional wellness classes from gentle yoga to cardio workouts, and even workouts with your dog! Mindfulness, nutrition, and chronic conditions are also addressed in programs offered by Portico.
