Congregation Survey

The Care and Leadership for Congregations Committee is interested in learning about what’s important to the congregations in our synod in order to set an agenda for the committee's work together  As a newly formed committee, the plan is to address some of the work undertaken by previous committees (such as stewardship, supply ministry, small congregations, and others), identify new areas of focus, and change and adapt congregation's needs change. After identifying the first areas to address, subcommittees will dig in deeper to learn more, set goals, and get moving.

All members of congregations in our synod are asked to complete the survey that is provided here to give the committee the kind of insight and information that will be useful in setting the agenda for the coming months and years.  The survey can be completed by individuals or by leadership teams within each congregation.  Responses can be made directly in the form accessed by the link below.  Anyone who has a passion for making a difference in our Synod, is encouraged to indicate so in the body of the survey along with their name and contact information.

Responses are requested by July 10, 2023.
